One of the original adherents to farm-to-table cuisine, Vignola Cinque Terre presents a full menu of simple, delicious Italian fare, all made with local, seasonal ingredients. Much of the produce is grown on the owners’ farm in Greene. Cheese and charcuterie platters are full of items sourced locally and from Italy, as is the wine list.
